This site also has DM2 already installed on a harddrive, also workbench 3.0, I haven't ever tried it though: I'm pretty sure it was workbenceh 1.3 I used, but later versions might be better. It says just kickstart 1.3 but they are all in this package, so you can just get the kickstarts you want and delete all the other kick off stuff.
Probably best to use kickstart 3.1 or 2.0, I think that's what I used, they can be downloaded here.
